Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno admitted that plans to build an office for the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) had been budgeted for. However, this plan was hindered by the efficiency carried out.
“Actually, it has been designed and budgeted for, it only affects efficiency,” said Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno, as reported by Antara, Saturday (24/4/2026).
Responding to the request of the Head of Satpol PP Satriadi Gunawan who hopes that his party can have its own office, Rano also admitted that he had discussed this with the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung.
“Yesterday I spoke with the Governor, it seems we have to re-evaluate this problem. Moreover, we want to become a global city,” said Rano.
He admitted that he was concerned because Satpol PP personnel in the field did not have adequate rest areas. In fact, as implementers of regional regulation enforcement who have large field duties, the health of Satpol PP personnel is important.
Rano was also surprised by the condition of the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP, which currently does not have its own office. Because an agency as big as Satpol PP should have an adequate command headquarters (mako) to support operations.
“Sorry, the term for example is that the police don’t have a Polda, that’s strange. That’s why if the Satpol PP doesn’t have a Mako, that’s strange,” said Rano.
Previously, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Satriadi Gunawan hoped that the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP ranks would have their own representative office to support performance and increase the work comfort of personnel in the field.
“So, Jakarta doesn’t yet have a Satpol PP office. We still live in Block H, City Hall, on the 16th floor. Sometimes if there are visits from regions or areas, we still receive them at City Hall because we don’t have our own office,” said Satriadi in Jakarta, Saturday.
According to him, the availability of the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP office is very important. Moreover, Jakarta is a global city and has been named the 2nd safest city in ASEAN after Singapore.
For this reason, he hopes that in the future the DKI Jakarta Satpol PP can have an office to monitor the performance of its personnel, which currently number 5,000 people.
“We already have land in Cempaka Putih. Yesterday I also said that it was very urgent to be able to control our members. We have also proposed it to the Deputy Governor during the visit,” explained Satriadi.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
