Democratic Wasekjen: President Prabowo’s choice of Mr. Purbaya, right!

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Deputy Secretary General (Wasekjen) of the Democratic Party, Jansen Sitindaon also responded to the appointment of the new Minister of Finance (Menkeu) by President Prabowo Subianto.

Jansen Sitandoan responded to the Minister of Finance, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa who held a press statement at the Ministry of Finance Building (Kemenkeu) some time after being inaugurated by the President.

Jansen Sitindaon claimed to witness the new Menkeu press conference, Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa at the Minister of Finance’s office a few hours after he was inaugurated.

According to Jansen, Purbaya looked quite relaxed and confident answering the questions of all journalists who covered the press conference.

“The gesture is, his body shows he is a person with the problem and controls the problem. Reading his CV, his education is complete, and his flying hours related to financial and policy things are also long. And his age is also very mature: 61 years. So it is cold and calm,” said Jansen Sitindaon.

Not to forget, Jansen Sitindaon alluded to the previous Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani. According to him, the figure was great and very experienced. But he confirmed, the Minister of Finance who had just chosen by President Prabowo was also a great figure and no less experience.

“Our new country’s finance driver is no less great and experienced. Seeing the first press conference, I believe: President Prabowo’s choice to Mr. Purbaya, right! He knows the problems he will face and what we are experiencing,” he said.
