Dasco said that the discussion of the P2SK Law has entered the final stage and is targeted to be completed in the near future. Dasco explained that these accelerated steps were to avoid a potential legal vacuum after the formation of Danantara through Law Number 1 of 2026 and Law Number 16 regarding BUMN.
The Daily Chair of the Gerindra Faction highlighted the differences in regulations regarding the position of the Minister of Finance as a BUMN shareholder. In the latest law, he said, these provisions are no longer regulated, while old regulations such as the State Treasury Law still refer to the Minister of Finance as a shareholder.
“For this reason, the DPR RI considers it necessary to harmonize regulations through an omnibus law scheme which includes a number of important regulations, including; the State Finance Law, the State Treasury Law, the State Assets Law which is separated from the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Law,” said Dasco.
“This must be resolved so that the laws do not operate independently, but are harmonized as a whole,” he continued.
It is hoped that the finalization of the P2SK Law will become a strong foundation for strengthening the national financial sector. He also wants the law to be able to ensure regulatory consistency in supporting economic stability and governance of BUMN. (water/water)

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
