Bekasi Mayor Tri Adhianto Tjahyono said he received directions from the Deputy Chair of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, to accelerate the construction of the flyover in Bulak Kapal. This acceleration is to facilitate mobility after the deadly collision incident at East Bekasi Station.
“Today tomorrow morning I was asked to write a letter so that there is an accelerated process in order to build the flyover in Bulak Kapal, even though it has been initiated by the Governor,” said Tri to journalists, at the Bekasi City Regional Hospital, Monday (28/4/2026).
He said the project budget had only just been included in the APBD. He said that the land acquisition carried out by the city government had been completed with funds of IDR 100 billion.
“And then for the construction, the total requirement is probably around IDR 250 billion,” said Tri.
“Well, from the new provinces there is approximately IDR 30 billion. So hopefully in the future we, Mr. Dasco, will work on what we can do at the Center for something called Banpres, yes, so it will be Presidential Assistance,” he continued.
He said the completion of the train crossing must be completed structurally. Near East Bekasi Station there is a level crossing which is the scene of a group taxi crime.
Tri said that if the flyover had been built, the level crossing on Jalan Ampera would be closed.
“If the flyover has been built, it means that Ampera (level crossing) can be closed, so traffic will also be smoother, safer, and of course there is a certainty that train travel patterns will not be disrupted,” he said.
He reiterated that a letter regarding the accelerated process of flyover construction would be prepared this morning. Dasco, he continued, ensured that development would be accelerated.
“Pak Dasco, Deputy Speaker of the DPR, confirmed that there will be an accelerated process. I believe that if there is 6 months of money, it should be completed,” he said.

PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
