Viral Eggi Sudjana Driving a Luxury Car in Malaysia, Ellida Netty Opens Her Voice

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Eggi Sudjana went viral driving a red luxury car in Malaysia. The video caught the public’s attention.

The public’s great attention is not without reason. The reason is that Eggi Sudjana is said to be undergoing treatment for the cancer he is suffering from. Not to mention, he recently had a meeting with former President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).

Likewise, his status as a suspect at Polda Metro Jaya has been removed following the decision by Polda Metro Jaya to terminate the investigation or SP3 against him.

In the video circulating on social media, Eggi is driving the car. Even though in Indonesia, he is often seen using a wheelchair when doing activities. Inevitably the video invited various reactions. Ellida Netty as Eggi’s legal advisor also opened her voice.

Netty did not deny that the figure in the video was indeed her client. He said the incident occurred in the middle of Eggi’s treatment for colon cancer in Malaysia. However, he emphasized that Eggi was only trying to drive the car.

“Mr Eggi can walk, he can drive, it’s just that he has cancer in the intestine. So, when he was picked up by his nephew who works at Samsung, when he filled up with gas he wanted to try it (by himself),” explained Netty to the media crew on Monday (19/1).

According to Netty, Eggi flew to Malaysia after Polda Metro Jaya issued an Investigation Termination Order (SP3). He went to Malaysia to undergo treatment. The red car driven by Eggi in the video is usually used by Eggi’s nephew who lives and works in Malaysia.
