Subordinates become suspects, Chusnul Chotimah Colekan Bobby Nasution: God does not sleep

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Governor of North Sumatra, Bobby Nasution, was poked by social media activists, Chusnul Chotimah, after the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) named one of the close people, as a suspect in the alleged corruption case of infrastructure projects.

Chusnul said that one by one a circle of power would be revealed, and that justice would eventually find its way.

“It was revealed one by one, God did not sleep,” said Chusnul on x @ch_chotimah2 (29/6/2025).

He also specifically insinuated supporters of the hardline of former President Jokowi who was often dubbed “Jokowi Livestock” in the digital room.

Not without reason, Jokowi’s supporters were seen silent when people who had a closeness to the elite power were dragged by legal cases.

“Where is Jokowi livestock?,” He said.

Previously, the KPK revealed the chronology of the alleged bribery of the road project owned by the North Sumatra PUPR Office and the Regional Road Development Work Unit (PJN) Region 1 BBPJN North Sumatra Ministry of Public Works (PU).

This is related to information from the public related to infrastructure in North Sumatra which is inadequate since a few months ago.

“So it is suspected that there were acts of corruption during construction,” Asep said in a press conference at the KPK Building.

To note, the Head of the North Sumatra Public Housing Public Works Agency (PUPR), Typhoon Obaja Putra Ginting was netted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Friday (6/27/2025).

Typhoon Ginting was arrested along with five other people related to the alleged corruption of road construction projects in North Sumatra.
