FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (DPP PSI) continues to strengthen its organizational structure throughout Indonesia. As of mid-October, PSI has completed consolidation in ten Regional Leadership Councils (DPW) which are led directly by the Daily Chair of the PSI DPP, Ahmad Ali.
According to Ahmad Ali, this step is part of the party’s big agenda in preparing for the PSI National Working Meeting (Rakernas) which will be held next November, as well as part of the internal factual verification that is being carried out by the PSI DPP.
“We have completed consolidating the ten DPWs. At the end of October, all structures under the DPW, including the DPD and DPC, will be completed. Next week, we will continue with the other 28 DPWs,” said Ahmad Ali in Jakarta, Monday (14/10).
Ahmad Ali explained that this activity was a form of internal factual verification to ensure the readiness of party management structures and data throughout Indonesia.
Thus, when the General Election Commission (KPU) carried out official factual verification, PSI was in a much better prepared position administratively and structurally.
“We want to ensure that when the KPU comes down to carry out factual verification, the entire PSI structure is complete, active and ready to be verified. This is part of our seriousness in building a party that is administratively orderly and professional,” he stressed.
Among the DPWs that have completed the consolidation of their organizational structures include South Sulawesi, Bangka Belitung, West Kalimantan, Southeast Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Riau Islands, North Sulawesi, Banten and East Nusa Tenggara.
