The Israeli military launched attacks on a number of Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon. The attack came shortly after orders were given to destroy a bridge used by the Iran-backed militant group across the Litani River.
The attack took place on Sunday (22/3) local time.
“The IDF has initiated a massive wave of attacks against the infrastructure of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon,” the Israeli military said as reported by AFP, Monday (23/3/2026).
Meanwhile, Lebanese President Joseph Aou condemned Israeli attacks on bridges and other infrastructure in the south of the country. He called the attack a “prelude to a land invasion.”
“Aoun condemns Israel’s targeting and destruction of vital infrastructure and facilities in southern Lebanon, in particular the Qasmiyeh bridge over the Litani River and other bridges,” the presidential statement said.
He considered the attack a violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty. According to him, the attacks carried out by the Israeli military were dangerous.
“These attacks constitute a dangerous escalation and a blatant violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty, and are considered a prelude to a land invasion,” Aoun said, hours after Israel’s defense minister said the army had been ordered to destroy more bridges suspected of being used by Hezbollah.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
