Gibran Asks for ‘Report Mas Vice President’

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka requested that the program Report Mas Vice President Continue to be developed and does not stop in place. The goal, so that the bureaucracy becomes faster, accurate, and able to adjust to changes in society.

Since it was launched on November 11, 2024, the program Report Mas Vice President Has received and processing as many as 7,590 community reports from various sectors such as education, finance, land, to social assistance.

The majority of reports – about 72.05% – enter through the WhatsApp channel because it is considered the easiest and most practical to be accessed by the public. The remaining, around 27.95%, delivered directly through face -to -face channels after registering on the official website of Lapormaswapres.id.

Although showing positive performance, Muktabar admitted that there were still big challenges, especially in coordination between instances. The handling of reports currently involves the cooperation of the presidential sets with institutions such as the Ministry of ATR/BPN, OJK, the Ministry of Social Affairs, to the DKI Jakarta Education Office.

“Handling reports must uphold accountability and sensitivity to the reporter,” he said.
