Baim Wong admits to being calmer and finding a new passion after divorce

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — Celebrity Baim Wong is back in the spotlight after talking about his life after divorce.

The actor, who has now become a film director, expressed the calm he feels now and the new passion that has made him enthusiastic again.

This was conveyed by Paula Verhoeven’s ex-husband via a podcast on the YouTube channel @Comic8 Revolution entitled, ‘Baim Wong: I went to a psychologist and had an NPD test’ which was broadcast on the Batik Haji Igun Program.

At that time, Ivan Gunawan asked about Baim’s emotional condition after the separation.

“What peace do you have after the divorce?” asked Ivan.

Baim also answered that he and his ex-wife are now in a more peaceful phase.

“Both are calm. Now focused. Hopefully there won’t be any more drama. I want to work, I want to take care of the children. He’s also happy. Calm. Calmer, people are also watching, me, why is it different? Both are definitely different. I’m sure now they’re both calm. Focused. And when I find a field that I really like,” he said.

Seeing this change, Ivan then asked whether Baim was returning to the world that Baim loved. “Now are you entering the world that you really like?”

Baim discusses the difference between work that is just done and work that truly suits someone’s interests.

“Look, there’s a difference between work and what we really are passionate about and what we really like. Passion is what we do when we’re little kids, it’s like playing on a playground. I always explain this because it’s really hard to understand,” he said.
