Arman Wosi Withdraws Divorce Lawsuit against Della Puspita, PA Bekasi Explains This

FAJAR.CO.ID, BEKASI — The household of couple Arman Wosi and Della Puspita seems to still have a glimmer of hope, after Arman sued his wife in court.

However, after proceedings at the Bekasi Religious Court (PA), Arman Wosi was reported to have withdrawn his divorce suit against Della Puspita.

This news was confirmed by PA Bekasi. The divorce suit was withdrawn as of today, Thursday (18/12).

Bekasi PA Registrar, Mohamad Khotib, said that the couple’s divorce process was no longer continuing because of an amicable agreement between the two parties.

“It’s true. That the information (lawsuit) has been withdrawn by his attorney. Coincidentally there is peace outside the trial,” said Mohamad Khotib to the media crew.
According to him, the reason for withdrawing the lawsuit was because of the good intentions of Arman Wosi and Della Puspita.

“The reason is that it is still being considered for a plan for peace again. Peace outside of court, yes. Maybe this is for reconciliation, there are high hopes,” he added.

With the withdrawal of the lawsuit registered on December 2 2025, the legal case has automatically been resolved. “It’s no longer there. The process has stopped. It’s finished,” continued Khotib.

On the same occasion, PA Bekasi also explained that in the eyes of state law, verbal divorce is not valid if it has not been processed in court.

“But because the marriage is legal, state law, the divorce must also be recorded in a religious court, the divorce must be processed first,” said Khotib.

For information, Della Puspita married Arman Wosi, who is 9 years younger than her, in 2023. Then, the two of them officially married in 2024. (dawn)
