Gus Yaqut Turns Out He Wanted To Open Up About The Hajj Fund Case When Summoned By The Special Committee, But Jokowi Was Told To Visit France

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The absence of the Minister of Religion (Menag) Yaqut Cholil Qoumassaat or Gus Yaqut who was summoned by the DPR RI Special Committee regarding the Hajj quota case has now been revealed. There is the name of the 7th President Jokowi who has been dragged out.

He said that initially Yaqut wanted to attend the call.

But before that, he, who at that time was Minister of Religion, coordinated with Jokowi as president. Yaqut said he would open up in the DPR.

“Sir, I will come to the Special Committee in the DPR, but I will tell you about whatever I have experienced and as honestly as possible,” said Islah, imitating what Yaqut said to Jokowi.

At the same time, there was a peace conference in France. Initially Prabowo was the Minister of Defense sent by Jokowi.

But after Yaqut conveyed this to Jokowi. Jokowi made a repositioning letter from Prabowo to transfer it to Gus Yaqut as Minister of Religion who will represent the President at the Peace Conference in France.

“That’s so that Gus Yaqut doesn’t come to the Special Committee, that’s Jokowi’s order,” explained Islah.

Islah himself said that Gus Yaqut also did not know the reason why he replaced Prabowo at the conference.

Islah also said that Gus Yaqut should have chosen to come to the Special Committee because this was his opportunity to convey the reasons for choosing the 50:50 Hajj quota.

“I have asked the Special Committee, there are two opponents, the Special Committee and the President,” said Islah, conveying another explanation from Gus Yaqut.
