FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Attorney General’s Office (AGO) has seized Rp11.8 trillion from Wilmar Group. Oil companies related to the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) export corruption case.
Activist Nicho Silalahi responded. He brought up the government’s treatment of the company.
At that time, during Jokowi’s 7th President’s administration, the government injected five oil palm companies. This includes Wilmar Group which is subsidized at Rp4.16 trillion.
But at that time, said Nicho, oil was still rare.
“Pak @prabowo is lacking, especially if the @jokowi government used to subsidize the Wilmar Group of Rp4.16 trillion, but the result was rare cooking oil that caused the mother to be forced to queue for cooking oil?” Nicho said quoted from his upload on X, Friday (6/21/2025).
He also flicked the prosecutor’s office. Do not want to investigate the provision of the subsidy.
“Is it not interest to ordered @kejakaanri to conduct an investigation of this subsidy?” he said.
“Come on, sir, don’t just want to eradicate corruption at the roots,” he added.
The Rp11.8 trillion confiscated money came from five companies under the auspices of Wilmar Group, which were involved in the case of providing CPO export facilities during the period January 2021 to March 2022.
The five companies are PT Multimas Nabati Asahan, PT Multinabati Sulawesi, PT Sinar Alam Permai, PT Wilmar Bioenergy Indonesia, and PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia.
