This case started when NS was shopping at a wholesale snack shop owned by Shofiyullah (52) in Gebangmalang Hamlet, Bandung Village, Diwek, Jombang on Tuesday (12/5). NS was sitting on top of the shop’s merchandise at that time.
“So the shop owner reprimanded him, then kicked him out. From there the suspect felt hurt,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Jombang Police, AKP Dimas Robin Alexander, as reported by detikJatimSunday (24/5/2026).
NS then took revenge for the shop owner’s actions and even planned an arson. On Wednesday (13/5) at around 02.00 WIB, NS returned to Shofiyullah’s shop which was closed. He brought a cloth that had been smeared with diesel fuel.
“Then early in the morning the suspect set fire to it,” explained Dimas.
The fire at Shofiyullah’s shop was discovered by residents at around 02.28 WIB. At that time, the fire had spread and there was thick smoke, while the shop owner lived in Dependan Hamlet, Bandung Village.
After the fire, continued Dimas, his party checked CCTV footage around the crime scene. As a result, this wholesale snack shop was deliberately set on fire. His party also succeeded in identifying NS as the perpetrator of the arson.

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm.
